Simple terms, and nothing to pay upfront
Choose the launch that suits your club. Your setup fee is paid out of membership revenue as it comes in — your club never writes a cheque.

Founding Club Setup
A do-it-yourself launch with BYC alongside you. We build everything you need, then your club introduces us to the local businesses you already know.

Managed Launch
We run the whole launch for you. BYC approaches and signs up the local businesses, builds the offers and runs the campaign.

BYC recruits the local businesses on your behalf.

Pay as members join
How the setup fee is paid
No upfront payment from the club. Your setup fee is paid out of membership revenue as it comes in. Until it is cleared, your club's share goes towards the balance; once it is cleared, your club receives 60% of distributable membership revenue every month.
Your balance and every payment are visible in your club portal from day one.
60% / 40%
Revenue split
After GST and payment-processing costs, 60% of distributable membership revenue goes to the club and 40% goes to BYC. Once your setup fee is cleared, your club's share is paid monthly. In plain numbers, your club would receive approximately $49.75 from each $99 household membership, based on the current payment assumptions. BYC funds all of its operating costs from its own share.
The revenue split and membership price are configurable per club — 60/40 is our standard starting point. No annual platform fee.
