Membership terms

Membership
A membership costs $99 NZD and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. One membership covers one household.
Household
The primary member may add one additional named adult. This limit may change and will be shown in your member area.
Renewal
Memberships renew automatically each year. We email a reminder 30 days and 7 days before renewal. You can cancel any time before the renewal date.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you. If payment is not completed the membership lapses and the digital card becomes inactive.
Offers
Offers are provided by independent local businesses and may change or end. We do not guarantee savings, availability or the quality of goods and services provided by a business.
Use of your card
Your digital card is for your household only. Sharing it with people outside your household may result in cancellation without refund.
Matches and events
Membership is a way to support a club. It is not a ticket and is not required to attend matches.
Refunds
Refunds are considered case by case and in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
