Merchant terms

Listing
A standard listing is free. It includes your logo, business profile, one approved member offer and inclusion in relevant searches.
No commission
We do not charge a commission on member purchases.
Offer standards
Every offer must have a clear customer benefit, simple terms, a meaningful expiry period, a named contact, a review date, a redemption method and an estimated value.
Approval
Offers are approved by BYC before publishing and may be declined or edited for clarity.
Expiry and renewal
We email you 30, 14 and 7 days before an offer expires. Expired offers are removed from the member directory unless renewed.
Honouring offers
You agree to honour published offers for valid members showing an active digital card or code, within the stated terms.
Member privacy
You will not receive identifiable member information. Reporting is aggregated and anonymised.
Ending participation
Either party may end participation with reasonable notice. Live offers will be honoured until their published expiry.
