What we collect
Primary member name, email, optional mobile number, household display name, an optional additional adult name, the club you support, and your communication preferences. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by BYC.
How we use it
To run your membership, issue your digital card, send essential membership emails, and send club news or partner content where you have consented.
What we share
We do not share identifiable member information with local businesses. Businesses and clubs receive aggregated, anonymised engagement reporting only.
Your choices
You can update your preferences or ask for your information to be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing support@joinbyc.com. We use privacy-first analytics and do not sell member data.
